Hydraulic Control Form Of Hydraulic Press Brake

The hydraulic control system of the hydraulic bending machine is the central brain for the bending machine itself. In the production of the bending machine, it requires high automation rate and standardization rate. Therefore, the hydraulic system is also limited to the hydraulic control mode, the different structure types and principles of these modes, has been generally recognized by the market.

1. Central control block

The central control block form is to combine three control blocks into one control block. It is mainly used in some special structure of the bending machine. Due to the reason of control, the connecting pipe between the control block and the two stamping hydraulic cylinders must be arranged symmetrically, and to ensure that the maximum allowed distance between the two hydraulic cylinders (about 3m) is not more than two, therefore, the central control block should be arranged in the center of the machine as far as possible.

2, three control block

This model has three control blocks. Two main control blocks with their intermediate plate filling valves are directly installed on the hydraulic cylinder to realize pipeless connection between the main control block and the hydraulic cylinder chamber. The main control block of the bending machine is mainly composed of an important proportional reversing valve, a position monitoring reversing valve and a back pressure component.

3, sensor and shaft interface distributor

In the application of the central control block in the bending machine, all the solenoid valves are concentrated in a control block, similarly, the electric connection of each valve is concentrated in a cable, to achieve the common connection. To this end, an interface splitter is also provided on the central control block of the bending machine.
